I'm not striving to lose weight, I'm motivated to alter my lifestyle by making simple daily decisions which will affect the way that I live. Ultimately, I want to tone my body for myself, and to be absolutely happy and confident with who I am.
This blog will basically act as my scrapbook of motivation, whether it be exercise tips, recipes, or just inspiring photos of what I feel I'm working towards.
This is all for me, to push myself, and to not get lost in another lazy slump. It's time to get fit, and I'm going to do it. Every day is a new day to find motivation and to be inspired. Yesterday is gone, let's get a head start on tomorrow.
